Difference between Vinyl and Laquer Interior paint?

For the long Wisconsin winter the 5.0 is going into the body shop to get a fresh coat of paint. I also plan on doing some revitalizing on the inside with the back in black interior, so i will be painting the old grey plastic parts black. What is the difference between the vinyl and laquer black paint you offer for the 90-94 laquer paint (LRS#MET-FL33) and 90-94 vinyl paint? (LRS#MET-FV33) Can anyone tell me if one is better looking then the other? Thanks Brian

Basically the only difference in the paints are that the vinyl has a flex additive in it for flexible parts and the laquer does not.
