    WIDER TIRES

    HEY I HAVE A 1987 SSP COUPE CAR AND I WANT TO PUT A BIGGER TIRE ON THE BACK I HEARD THAT A 315/35 17 ON A 17X10.5 RIM WOULD FIT JON THE BACK IF I ROLLED THE FENDER WELLS IS THIS TRUE OR WOULD I HAVE TO MINI TUB?

    No need to mini-tub (although it would create plenty of clearance!).  There are customers that have done this & here is what they had to do:

    Roll the outer fender lips, remove the quad shocks, adjust the tailpipes, & beat up the inner fender well with a big hammer.

    This is assuming a stock track width & stock (or very slightly lowered) ride height.
