    Low Coolant Light

I have a 94 mustang GT and sometime when its cold outside the dash reads low coolant but when i check it its full. Should I go buy a thermostat. water pump or radiator but its not over heating or anything?

The sensor may be going bad. I had the same problem in my '91 GT and I removed the sensor, cleaned the overflow tank out as well as cleaned up the sensor a bit and the light turned off. It would come on every once in a while but I sold the car before I could replace the sensor.

try and clean the two spades at the end of the sensor down inside the bottle.  they get dirty and won't allow the water in the bottle to complete the circuit.
