    PROJECT 514 Fox slayer

Ok heres the deal...i received this 1988 Mustang Gt as a high school graduation gift 2 and a half years ago and when i received it it was in a million pieces as my father wanted it to be a project car.  since then i have joined the marine corps and have little to no time to work on it.  so instead i have started saving and plannin on what to do. And seeing as the body is in absolutely mint condition i want this car to look stock.  But as for under the hood my options are completely open.  So i found a 514 block on jegs.com and i know that they have motor mounts out there to put a 460 in these tiny cars and i am curious on what else i will need to do other than frame reinforcement which has already been done.  I am wondering how to build this motor for street/strip and i have never worked with a carborated motor or one this size.  As i just traded my old project which was a 1990 GT which i put a new 302 in and only did exhaust work for a 1994 GT which i dont plan to do anything with until after i finish this 88.  So if anyone out there has suggestions or other ideas to do with this project please help me out.

    Thanks,

    Joe
