    Valve covers

    Hello everyone

I have a questions about valve covers.  I was given some Ford Racing polished valve covers but I belive they are for a carburated engine.  They have a small hole in both valve covers and no oil filler neck.  Is there any way to use these for a EFI engine?  Thanks in advance for your help guys.

The issues with the openings arent that big of a deal. What probably is however, is how tall they are. Measure how tall they are. Most carb. valve covers are too tall and wont clear the intake.

i got them on my 89 lx but i had to put a 1" spacer under the intake. with the stock hood it will hit on the top of throttle body. this is kinda backyardish but i added a few washer to the hinges and it cleared and hood still stays latched
