What can be done if you cannot find a clock spring for this year and model?

How do you know you need one?  Is your air bag light staying on or are you getting the "beeps?"  If you want to bypass it, then disconnect the wire plug behing and above your stereo (can't remember the colors), but I think that disables your horn, as well.
