First, a 5-lug conversion will be required.  You'll need to use SN95 spindles to clear the shallow hub area of that front wheel.  Check our brake kits and five lug conversions for take-off spindles as well as a variety of rotor/caliper kits for the SN95 spindles.  The rear should go with one of our five lug drum and axle kits.  I'm concerned with that 41mm offset on the rear.  That's more for like an 05 and newer car.  You really need about a 6.5" backspace, or 27mm offset on a 10" wheel for it to fit the back of your 89.  To run the 41mm wheel, you'll have to run a 1-1.25" spacer.  We have those as well.  Tire sizes should be ok.  You may have to use rack limiters in the front, and roll the fender lips in the rear, as well as remove the quad shocks.
