In an effort to reduce my cell phone bill, I recently subscribed to Vonage.
It's almost exactly like an ordinary home phone, except it uses your high-speed internet connection to carry the signal.
It's only $25 a month for unlimited calling. Plus they have lots of cool features on their website. For starters they email all of your voicemails to you as email attachments I like that because I can listen to and delete them online without having to log in with my phone and listen to a stupid automated voice.
You can also check out all of the calls you made and received online.
