LRS is a Top 3 Ford Racing Parts Dealer!

Share |

We are excited to announce that Latemodel Restoration Supply is a Top 10 Ford Racing Performance Parts dealer for the 5th year in a row and are Top 3 to be honest. What this means is that Latemodel Restoration Supply is in an elite group of companies that offer Ford Racing Parts. It is not easy become an authorized Ford Racing dealer and even harder to keep the sales up to get one of the top 10 prizes. This takes exceptional customer service, having parts in stock, having great prices and an easy to follow catalog, magazine ads and website. We want to thank all of our customers for helping us reach this goal, it is obvious that we could not do it without you and your support. The Ford Racing brand goes hand in hand with all of the Mustang enthusiast's out there and we are happy to play a part of you keeping your Mustang on the road with Genuine Ford Racing parts.

Congratulations. I am interested in adding short tube headers to my 06 GT Mustang. Is there a cost or performance reason to select Ford Racing headers rather than the BBK tuned length short-tuned headers? I notice on your website that BBK headers are "in transit". Do you know when we can expect them in so we can order?

In transit means that it's on the way from our supplier.  Typically, we'll see these parts in 5-7 days.  The bbk headers are currently in stock.

Either header is a great choice.  I personally prefer the FRPP headers, because they have a 409 stainless steel construction that is superior to the bbk's mild steel, or 304 stainless steel construction.

Yes they can be bolted up to an 06 with no problems. I had them on my 06 and it was worth every penny.

Long tubes will give you the most power. The pypes kit that we have on our site is a nice kit. Its the long tubes with the off road x. You can put either long your short. Its really up to the customer as to how much you want to spend, and what you really want.
